You can cancel your appointment by phone call or WhatsApp message (please do not send email for cancellation). If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment you will receive full refund. However, cancellation of an appointment in less than 24 hours leads to financial loss to our clinic and, more importantly causes disruption to our timetable and inter-site travel arrangement. Hence, in this case, we would deduct a cancellation fee of £50 of your refund.
