Please note that a full refund is available if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made via a phone call or WhatsApp message, not by email. If you cancel less 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation compensation fee of £50 will be deducted from your refund due to the financial impact on our clinic and disruptions to our schedule and our travel arrangement.  Thank you for your understanding.
