Your comprehensive health check plan
1. You book one hour face to face appointment with Dr M.
2. Dr M will go through all your health history including physical and mental health and fitness.
3. You family health history will be explored.
4. You can choose to discuss you cosmetic concerns too.
5. Dr M will explain then perform a detailed physical examination after you give your consent.
6. You can choose to have mental health assessment too.
7. Dr M will suggest investigations relevant to your aim from the health screen and all the aspects numbered above.
8. Investigations could include blood, urine and stools tests, scans and genetic testing depending on your needs and requests. These are paid separately to the relevant diagnostic labs.
9. You can choose to pay for further deeper machine based assessment on your body compositions, fat vs muscle, for example. For this we would recommend Omnia LifeStyle Ltd Pain Relief & Wellness Clinic in Chiswick (paid separately to them)
10. Forward plan and treatment is agreed with you depending on your needs and health and or cosmetic aims.
11. If you request lifestyle and health optimisation treatments plus alternative therapies we recommend Omnia LifeStyle Ltd Pain Relief & Wellness Clinic in Chiswick , this is paid separately to them.
FEE = £300 includes the following aspects of the service:
1. One hour consultation with Dr M
2. Formulation of management plan
3. Requesting investigations
4. Follow up phone consultation free of charge, to discuss the test results and updating the management plan accordingly
5. Any specialist referral letters required
6. Communication with your NHS GP if required
7. One month of direct access to Dr M through WhatsApp messages free of charge. This is to update us with information, ask further questions or any GP advice you need. This is free of charge and we will respond with WhatsApp message. If you request further phone, video or face to face consultation you will be informed of further cost by Dr M.
